Custom Laravel portal (Admin / Realtor / Client)
Brief
MFK needed a referral-based real estate sales platform — three separate portals (admin, realtor, client) over one shared database, with automatic realtor onboarding and commission payouts.
Approach
Built in Laravel with Paystack-powered payment flows: realtors self-register and pay for a subscription tier, get activated automatically, and earn tiered referral commissions (10% direct, 2% indirect, 1% second-level) tracked through a full sales and document pipeline.
Result
All three portals are built and functional (screenshot captured from the running local build). Deployment is pending PHP/MySQL hosting — this is a full application, not a static site, so it needs a different hosting path than the WordPress/Next.js pipeline used for the rest of the portfolio.
